Instructions1. Combine meat, onion, garlic, cracker crumbs and spices and mix thoroughly. 2. Form into balls. 3. Place into baking dish and cover with pasta sauce. 4. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350°F. 5. Garnish with fresh basil. |
Notes1 serving = 4 oz protein, 1 cup vegetable, 1 daily allotment of crackers Phase II Variation: Top with sliced provolone or mozzarella cheese halfway through baking. Top with grated Parmesan. |
