Strawberry Syrup

  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp Xylitol
  • Instructions

    1. In a small saucepan, add all ingredients and stir to combine.

    2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

    3. Remove from heat when it begins to appear syrupy. It will continue to thicken as it cools.

    4. Serve immediately.


    1 serving = 1 serving fruit

    Try over Panfakes, to sweeten plain yogurt or with cottage cheese.
