Flaxseed Muffin

1 Serving


  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 packets SweetLeaf Stevia powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp applesauce or oil (for Phase I: Basic Cleanse or Phase II)
  • Instructions

    1. In microwaveable coffee mug mix together flaxseed, baking powder, stevia and cinnamon.

    2. Add egg and applesauce.

    3. Microwave for 1 minute.


    1 serving = 1/4 cup flaxseed*, 1/2 oz protein

    *This serving size exceeds the 2 tablespoons per day for Phase I: Fast Track Cleanse, so use your own discretion. This amount of fiber in a single sitting can be hard to digest for some; it can be helpful to drink extra water.

    Serve with blueberries, raspberries or your choice of fruit
